I strive to provide quality jewelry, both new and old, and want every customer to be happy for years to come with his or her purchase! Please review the policies below before contacting me. 

Returns: 

C Foxx Designs and Vintage does NOT accept returns on most occasions. If you received a damaged item, the wrong item, or a piece that was not described accurately, you MUST contact me within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to determine next steps.

Repairs: 

C Foxx Vintage DOES NOT offer repairs on vintage jewelry. 

C Foxx Designs DOES offer repairs, usually at no cost to the customer sans shipping, on handmade items. 

C Foxx Designs DOES NOT offer repairs on items that have been obviously altered, are missing too may pieces (for example, we cannot repair a sterling charm bracelet that is missing multiple charms), or treated roughly (i.e. the item was intentionally cut or was submerged in water against care instructions).
